Rooted Organic Beauty exists to serve our community, especially those affected by cancer and autoimmune diseases, by providing exceptional, toxin-free haircare experiences that promote well-being; and to empower stylists and clients to make informed choices, inspiring a movement towards cleaner, healthier beauty standards for all.

Compensation:

- Company 401k plan

- Sliding scale commission 40-55% on services

- Retail Commission 10% and up on all products
